  2. Lesson 3: Format Data and Content Excel 2007 provides many different tools to format the data and overall look of a spreadsheet.

  4. 1. Lesson 3: Format Data and Content Choose the right font to make your worksheet more readable. The font is the “look” of the characters. A fontstyle is a trait such as bold, italic, or underline.
