  6. CRITICAL INFORMATION …while Zotero can save time on citations: • You still need to know APA • You still need to check the citations in your work; no citation software is 100% error-proof

  7. CRITICAL INFORMATION …while Zotero does not cost money: • Free software “costs” time and effort • The Walden Library endorsesZotero but does not provide technical support • You need to invest some time to review Zotero’s online support materials
