  1. Tutorial: How to use the Fillet tool By Jordan Cunha-Brown

  2. First step • Open you solid works and make a shape that involves sides like a square. The square shape.

  3. Second step • Locate where you want to fillet and click the fillet button on the top in the tool bar as shown. After clicking the fillet tool choose the side you want to use the fillet tool on like shown below The fillet tools location is here click it

  4. Third step • Your able to change the size of the fillet by changing the inches used as shown below You can make the fillet your adding different sizes making the shape different then before.

  5. Fourth Step • Click one of the green check marks indicating that you are satisfied with your amount chosen. Click one of the green check marks

  6. Finished part • You have just used the fillet on your shape!
