(semester/year) • Get into a regular routine. • Make a weekly schedule. • Make a daily to-do list. • Write them down the night before! • Make the most of each minute. • Get your priorities straight.

Evaluate scheduleSmall Group Work • When do you have “free time?” • How much free time do you have? • What do you usually do during your free time? • What do you think is the best way to use your free time? • Any changes you would make?
Plan out a day for Oscar • At least 3 hours studying (doesn‘t have to be consecutive) • Sports practice is at 4:00 for 2 hours • Class from 8:00-9:15, 10:50-12:10, 1:00-2:20 • Watch Pretty Little Liars: 1 hour @ 8:00 PM • 1 hour to eat breakfast/shower/get ready • 1 hour for dinner • 15 minutes to get to and from school • 1 hour on facebook (doesn’t have to be consecutive) • Get at least 8 hours of sleep • Check fantasy football team: 30 minutes • 1 hour on phone with girlfriend • Work 2 hour shift: starting @ 7:00 PM
Not enough hours in the day… • What problems did you face? • How many saved “studying” for last? • What could Oscar cut out so that he completes all of the “important” things? • prioritize
Put yourself in Oscar’s shoes • Think about your daily schedule and commitments • If you plan it out, you’ll have plenty of time finish all of the things you need to do and still have time for Pretty Little Liars and facebook. • Color your clock picture page!
