11. After the vision, then what? • Present vision to the Council • Begin strategy development on how to accomplish vision. Part of which will be a focus on what services are essential to the city accomplishing its vision • Prepare the formal strategic plan and present it to the Council • The Strategic Plan connects the vision to clearly delineated actions that the city needs to take to accomplish the vision.
