  2. Guidelines: Out-of-Compliance • The RTF may determine that measures approved prior to the adoption of these guidelines do not comply with one or more requirements of these guidelines. The UES estimates for these measures will continue to be “RTF-Approved” if a plan for bringing the measure into compliance is approved by the RTF within one year following the RTF determination that the measure is out-of-compliance. If no plan is approved within one year, the measure will be de-activated.The RTF intends that all out-of-compliance measures will be reclassified, i.e., become a standard protocol or be placed in one of the UES measure development stages of small saver, planning, provisional, de-activated or active, as soon as possible, but no later than five years following the adoption of these guidelines.

Decision “I _________ move that the RTF approve the Residential LED Holiday Lighting and Room Air Conditioner UES Measures to ‘Deactivated’ status, and extend the opportunity to 11/14/2012 to get approval of plans to bring into compliance Agricultural Irrigation Hardware and Motors UES Measures (measures’ status will remain ‘out-of-compliance’).”
