Things to keep in mind When submitting a “good” copy of anything, several points should be kept in mind: There should be no spelling or grammatical errors. Diagrams must be drawn in pencil. Underlining must be done using a ruler. Rulers must be used when labeling lines on diagrams. The final “good” copy should be typed in Times New Roman and font size 12.
Procedure – How to Brush Your Teeth Gather supplies and approach a sink in the bathroom Place materials on counter (toothbrush, medium sized cup (volume), toothpaste, face towel) Turn on the tap and fill the cup with luke warm water half way Turn off the tap Pick up your toothbrush by the handle Turn on tap, rinse bristles of the toothbrush under the tap for 10 seconds (cold water), turn off the tap Pick up the toothpaste, open the cap Gently squeeze the toothpaste tube, place a small amount on the bristles of the toothbrush (pinky nail sized)
Insert toothbrush into mouth, bristle side first (see figure 1) Brush teeth using bristles moving in circular motion on each top and bottom row of teeth and gums (2 minutes) (see figure w) Take the toothbrush out of your mouth Turn on the tap and rinse the toothpaste off of your toothbrush bristles Turn off the tap Take the cup of water, put water into your mouth and swish around in your mouth to rinse off the toothpaste Spit water into sink Make sure there is no more water or toothpaste in your mouth Turn on the tap Rinse bristles under running water, use your fingers to clean the bristles (rub the bristles) (see figure 3) Turn off the tap Put toothbrush back in holder
