Susceptibility to Infections Renail Failure in 25 % of px and Renal pathology in > 50% of px. Anemia occurs in 80% Neurologic Symptoms: Hypercalcemiamayproducelethargy, weakness, confusion. Hyperviscositymay lead to headchae, fatigue. • 57 y/o • Male • Peristent Back pain with increasing severity • Rib pain precipitated by movement • Headache • Lethargy
