  2. Byzance • Is a cooperative editor of HTML or TEXT documents • Divide the document in fragments • Many fragments can be edited simultaneously • The users have different roles in each fragment.

  3. Byzance – Agents Owner: Can add, exclude and alter users in the document Manager: Can alter the permissions of the fragment Writer: Can write the fragment Reader: Can read the fragment Null: See one icon, can’t read the fragment Web Master System

  20. Results • Reference for the workflow of amaya (The byzance is the result of many studies of INRIA in cooperative work) • To check and to comprove the efficiency and flexibility of the model -> WIDEProcess Model + Templates

Implementations on Amaya Editor • It was added in the amaya a system of past events awareness (storage and report -- past events) • Past events – Are the activities that already concluded but still have a importance for the work group. • Ex: To Save Document • Storage data (user, date,...) on save document • Make Reports with the data.

Conclusion • To check and to comprove the amaya capability of expansion and the BW adaptability. • Due to this checking, was be concluded that is viable: • The increase of new resources of past events. • The increase of new functionalities on Amaya (Important for the implementation of a more complex workflow in the Amaya).
