Scott Year 8 Stourbridge School Copying out of books or off the board doesn’t do anything for my brain except send it to sleep. I need challenge – I like working things out for myself. Pupil voice –Access, entitlement, challenge • Technology is important – 100% • Computers improve learning 100% • I use computers in school a lot – 15% • We need to use computers more – 100% • If pupils were in charge of ICT what would they do? • Get everyone a small, easy to carry machine we can take home • b) Make sure children can use computers when they need to – no set times! • c) Carry on with school work at home “Do you take turns or wait for permission to use a computer.
