  1. AADHAR E-News Letter Vol-II Issue-II(Sep-De c) Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities

  2. Director’s Message Panipat Institute of Engineering & technology since its inception in 2006 has made remarkable progress by following the mantra of student centric approach, whether it is in academics or in extra co-curricular activities. The institute possesses a state of art infrastructure with equipped laboratories, well stocked library and highly qualified faculty. We at, PIET introduce our students to the Outcome Based Education and trained with skills in various disciplines. In addition to developing excellent scientific and engineering skills, the students are motivated not only to dream big but also encouraged to think unconventionally to face the challenges of the future and provide platform for Entrepreneurship. As Zoey Sayward says “ Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Take the moment and make it perfect !” . We prepare our students to make the best out of the opportunity. Keeping our vision and mission of the institution, I take this opportunity to express that every effort is made to improve the existing best services to bring out the best for the welfare of our institution and the growth of our students.

  3. Dr VinayKhatri, HeadMessage I feel ecstatic to present issue II of Aadhar E-Newsletter of Department of Applied Sciences, which is the foundation of Engineers. Department of Applied Sciences strives for increasing the knowledge, enhancing the critical thinking and ability to change information into knowledge through students. We always intend to impart knowledge through a closed knit family of highly competent faculty with a purpose to lay a strong foundation of basic principles of various disciplines such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Bio Technology and Communication Skills in the mind of the learners. Our Laboratories have been very well established not only to cover complete syllabus but to motivate students to learn beyond the syllabus which definitely develops complete knowledge of the subject (both the practical and theoretical depth of knowledge) and develop skill sets of students to become promising engineers in future. I would like to conclude with the words of Thomas Friedman who has rightly opined “World is flat. Opportunities are immense. It’s just a question of identifying opportunities and making the best of them”. I wish a very best of luck to the students………. Yes PIET
