Develop problem statement and define requirements and expectations of the customer, stakeholders, and the ReefPoint Team. Build and publish living Project Plan. Determine data needs, data access plan, and format needed for analysis. Data validation & evaluation. Develop continued collection and quality assurance strategies. Perform analysis and build deliverable and visualizations with constant customer input. If needed, build and deploy client tools for continued application. Publish reports and analysis documentation. If applicable, publish to trade and/or academic journal(s). Validate analysis, gather customer feedback, and publish lessons learned.
