Before or After? Deciding whether you should go to the gym before the work or after the work is sometimes frustrating and you end up not going to the gym. I have some tips which will help you to decide when you should hit the gym.
1. Check when it is busy It is great to be with like-minded people in the gym but the overcrowded gym is also not good. You will have to wait to use the gym equipment. Waiting time means that you will have to extend the gym timing also. Before work, you will find few people because people are more like to get enough sleep for the better day. Usually, gyms are busy from 6AM to 8PM and 5PM to 8PM so you can plan accordingly to that.
2. Energy Levels There are two types of people one is a morning person and one is not. Some people prefer to go to workout and wants to feel fresh so morning workout is better for him. Some people are not a morning person and they want to sleep till late.
3. Is food require to you before a workout It is totally your choice if you want to eat something before going to work out. If not then you can just wake up and go to the gym and if yes, then get up early so you can eat before 15 mins before starting working out. Make sure you don't eat too much before if you are going in the evening.
