  2. Common Demand When I’m at “Office”, I would like to use PT with CA. And when I’m on “Business Trip”, I would like to use IP Softphone with CA. However, I would like to announce “One Number” to my colleagues. The points of configuration 1. The main extension is Ext 101. All colleagues know this extension number. 2. The paired extension of CA is Ext 101. 3. It is possible to change this during logging in to CA. IP Softphone PT CA CA 101 101 One Number Office Home or Business trip

  3. Technical Preparation We should have two extension numbers - 101 (PT : Main extension) - 201 (IP Softphone : 2nd extension) CA IP Softphone 201 IP Softphone does not work with CA. But this does not make other problems. PT (Main Extension) Assign the flexible key [24] as one touch key: *727 + 201 + 1234 PIN 2nd Extension Number 101 Walking Extension IP Softphone (2nd Extension) Assign the flexible key [24] as one touch key: *727 + 101 + 1234 PIN Main Extension Number 201 Walking Extension

  4. Operation - 1 Before I leave my office, PT 101 CA PT (Main Extension) Switch Press the key [24] Office Office IP Softphone 101 CA The flexible key [24] allows us to change the pair extension of CA from the PT to the IP Softphone. Home or Business trip

Operation - 2 Even if I forget the operation before leaving my office, PT 101 CA IP Softphone (2nd Extension) Switch Press the key [24] Office Home or Business trip IP Softphone 101 CA The flexible key [24] allows us to change the pair extension of CA from the PT to the IP Softphone.   6. Operation - 3 When I return to my office, PT 101 CA PT (Main Extension) Press the key [24] Office Office Switch IP Softphone 101 CA The flexible key [24] allows us to change the pair extension of CA from the IP Softphone to the PT. Home or Business trip

  7. How to for easier operation Even if I forget a switch to PT at my office, my PT and IP Softphone ring at the same time by PDN/SDN feature. So I can receive a call by the PT handset.
