  5. Advantages • No need for expensive licences if we use Linux • Standards are the same across the board • Easier to maintain • Cost of ownership is cheaper in the long run • Pay per print reduces carbon footprint

  6. Disadvantages • Single point of failure • Not all equipment need to be the same • Cost of green printing is higher at first • Not ideal for a fast growing company
