  10. Uniforms • Blue or Black Gym Shorts • White T- Shirts • With Last Name on Back • Athletic Shoes-Sneakers • Laces Tied Safely • Socks Preferred Note: You may make your own or purchase one from us DO NOT WEAR ANYONE ELSE’S UNIFORM!!!

  11. Dress out Every Day! Even In Bad Weather Activities will be offered regardless of weather conditions

Medical Excuses • To be excused from participation bring a note from a parent, guardian or doctor. • The note should include: • Date note is written • Full name of student – First & Last • Reason for the excuse • Effective dates • Signature of parent, guardian or doctor THIS DOES NOT EXCUSE YOU FROM DRESSING OUT! If you are injured in class tell us IMMEDIATELY

  13. Locker Room Everyone is assigned their own Lock AND their own Locker Do NOT Share! Lock up Everything! Locker rooms will be locked during class

  14. In the Locker Room • Lockers may only be used during PE • Showers are available – Please Clean up • Always Keep valuables LOCKED UP • Be sure to LOCK your LOCKER!! • Check “Lost & Found” • DoNOT share your Locker • DoNOT give anyone your combination

  15. Homework • Due Tuesday each Week • Watch a sporting event • Write 3 paragraphs • 1st - Who, What, Where, When, Score & Who Won • 2nd - Describe 3 or 4 Plays • 3rd - Your Opinion of Play & Coaching Suggestions

  16. Notebooks All work in clips, in book form, neatly – if you lose something, see me for replacement copies. Attendance & Conduct • Attendance will be taken as in any other class • You are tardy if you are not in the locker room • Do not be late to roll call • Students must always stay with the teacher • Good Conduct is important for safety • Horseplay & Profanity will not be tolerated • Chewing gum is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS • Dismissal is by the teacher - ONLY DO NOT LEAVE THE AREA UNTIL DISMISSED!
