What is Slope? • The slope of the line is a number determined by any two points on the line. • The number describes how “steep” the line is. • An example for slope would be the sides of the Great Pyramids of Egypt , skiing down the side of a mountain, the roof of a house, or a race track used in Nascaror Indy car racing. • Table of Contents
