  3. Who Rules Qatar? Qatar is ruled by his highness the Amir “Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani” . Some of you might know and some of you might not know that Qatar was found by the late “Sheikh Jassim bin Mohamed Al Thani- Founder of the Modern State of Qatar (1826-1913)

  4. When Do We Celebrate Qatar Independence Day ? c We celebrate Qatar independence day onDecember 18th, which means it pretty soon. Qatar Independence Day means the honor to “Sheikh Jassem bin Mohamed bin Thani.” At exactly 12:00 fireworks start to come out, people go and celebrate this day.

  5. Where Do We Celebrate Qatar Independence Day? We Celebrate Qatar Independence Day by attending cultural activities, festivals and parades in different locations of the country.   7. Why Do We Celebrate It? We celebrate Qatar Independence Day because, more than 100 years ago the Arabian Gulf was all one country but on December 18th 1971 Qatar became a fully independent country and today it is ruled by his highness the Amir “Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani
