Swain. • Work Location: B-1500 • Description of Recognition: The scaffold crew assigned to build a scaffold at PS-column in the B-1500 block had effective team output through cooperation, commitment to safety and worked as a group to minimize risks. The tower itself is 120' tall and this particular scaffold had 18 or more stair landings. Their goal was to get it built as safely and successful as possible and they kept safety foremost. They also showed up to work for their permit early and had all the necessary paperwork ready for review and when the scaffold was ready for tear down, all that they did to build it, was reversed in taking it down. This crew was cooperative, had good safety attitude, and most of all, they were mannerly. • Recognized By: Robin Bledsoe Gate Keeper
