  2. A genius was born • Ben was born on January, 17, 1706 in Boston Massachusetts.

  3. Bens family • Ben Had 15 brothers and sisters.

  4. Early Childhood • Ben’s early childhood is that he went to 2 years of school and attended magic school.

  5. Adult life. • Ben married Debrah Reed and had 3 children.. • Ben as an adult was a printer, candle maker.

  6. Important events 1727-apron club 1736-union fire company 1749-Franklin retired 1752-Fround out that lighting was a form of electrisity.

  7. Dead but remembered Ben died on April,17,1709 Ben died of old age.

  8. Remembered for ever! • Ben was remembered because he invented the lightning rod, Franklin stove, bifocals, map of the golf stream, Daylight savings and the odometer. • Also Ben had a big part in the constitution.

  9. Most interesting • One thing is that is interesting about Ben is that he invented the magic square in one night.

  10. Two important lessons • Try your best • Work hard and never give up.

  11. History • Ben is a historical figure.

  12. Ben and electricity • One night Ben went out during a lightning storm. • Ben flew a kite tied around a key. • The lightning struck it and sent waves to him that’s when he found out that lightning was a form of electricity.
