Geo LoB Activities and Accomplishments • Common Services Work Group • Completed revision of draft SOW for final MPT review & comment by December 10 • Delivered SOW to GSA for development of Source Selection Plan, supported GSA with document reviews, contract clauses, expertise, development of technical evaluation criteria • GSA presented full package to Source Selection Official January 30 • TIMING: Anticipate publication of RFQ ~ 7-10 business days. • Geo-enabled Business Work Group • Obtained opportunity to showcase GeoLoB at ESRI Federal User Conference • Working with partner agencies and GT team, created a showcase and coordinated product development with ESRI Conference team. • ADVISO: Come see us at ESRI Federal – February 18-20 at Washington Convention Center, http://www.esri.com/events/feduc/index.html

Geo LoB Activities and Accomplishments • Grants and Contracts Work Group • Completed draft of Grants Policy conforming document December 6 • Submitted product to Grants Policy Committee’s Pre-Award Work Group • PENDING: Special meeting planned in late February to begin Pre-award review process. • Technical Architecture Work Group • Geospatial Profile Version 2.0 issued for interagency review January 23; agency comments requested by February 13, 2009 • COMMENT OPPORTUNITY: Document has been refined and updated to reflect comments of Spring 2008 review and is posted on FGDC Website at http://www.fgdc.gov/geospatial-lob - Geospatial Profile Version 2.0, Draft 5.6

GeoLoB Activities & Accomplishments Con’t. • Lifecycle Management Work Group • The A-16 Supplemental Guidance was endorsed by all 22 federal agencies • A-16 Supplemental current under review by OMB legal – pending action. • ACTION: Begin defining implementation package and defining spring data call based on new guidance. • Business of GeoLoB • Geospatial LoB - Call for participation: A new chair is needed for the Common Services WG • Geospatial LoB – Call for Charter Review Team nominations/self-nominations.
