P D C A PDCA Cycle Overview • Overview - What conditions indicated the need for the project? • The way it was was in the way. So what conditions precipitated the project? • Who or what areas were affected? • Who decided to do something about it?

P D CHECK A PDCA Cycle Overview • What was the Post-Measure? • During and after implementation, find out what happened. Remember to wait until a steady state is achieved. • Was the actual outcome closer than what planned target? • Did something not work out as planned? • What were lessons learned that might help out in the future projects?
