  11. Vice-PresidentAllie Deal Hello Everyone! I am the service chair for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. I am also the founder and President of Global Health Brigades at UTSA. I am junior Public Health Major and I plan on becoming a successful traveling Dentist one day. I'm a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. I look forward to having a great year and making this semester, one to remember!

  12. Secretary 2013-2014 Paola Basaldua. I was born in Reynosa, Mexico. I am majoring in Bilingual Education with a specialization in Early childhood thru 6th grade with a minor in Woman Studies. I will be graduating this coming Fall. I am also a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, and BESO, the Bilingual Education Student Organization. I am looking forward to welcoming and getting to know all of our new members.

Recognition Committee • Birthdays • Member of the month • Must attend TWO Honors Alliance activities that month and ALL committee meetings • Member of the year • Must have attended THREE Social Events and THREE Service Events, attended ALL Honor Meetings, and ALL Committee Meetings • Faculty Appreciation Luncheon: Wednesday, March 26th, 2014 • If you nominate AND attend luncheon, this will count as a Social Event • If you attend the event as volunteer, this will count as a Service Event • End of the Year Banquet – April 4th, 2014 My name is Michelle Mutchler. I am the Recognition Committee Chair and the Student Vice President of Phi Kappa Phi. I am a senior graduating from University College with a Bachelors in Public Health with an interest in Epidemiology and a minor in Sociology.

  14. Hello members and prospectives! I am a sophomore majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with an Early Childhood to 6th Grade. I am also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Golden Key, and Sigma Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. I can’t wait to meet and work with all of you.   15. About me: I am a Biomedical Engineer major with a concentration in tissue regeneration and Biology minor. I am also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta, Golden Key, and NSCS. Objectives: • Promote Honors Alliance on campus and throughout the community • Meet other Honors Alliance members • Encourage leadership, creativity, and organization through various projects.

General Membership Requirements for PROSPECTIVE Members Eligibility • 3.0 GPA • Be a member of an honor society • Attend a minimum of: • 2 Social Events • 2 Service Events • 3 of the 4 general meetings • Serve on a committee • Attend Mandatory events: • Etiquette Dinner – March 3rd @ 6:00pm • Basura Bash – February 22nd • Induction Ceremony – April 5th @ 6:00pm
