Single nozzle filler capable of filling liquid, semi-liquid and viscous products to 35 cycles/minute. • Adjustable stroke/volume control. 10 ml (.25 oz) to 250 ml (8.5 oz) fill capabilities using interchangeable fill pistons. • Stainless steel and polymer contact parts are USDA approved for food handling. • Stainless Steel covers. • 19 liter/5 gallon stainless steel hopper included. Alternatively, the machine may be supplied from a gravity tank. • Automatic continuous cycle or single cycle (Foot Pedal) operating modes are included. • Pneumatic operation permits operation in hazardous environments. • Designed for easy adjusting and maintenance. C. • Additional Fill Pistons: The machine includes one piston, additional pistons may be purchased to provide a wider range of fill volumes. • Stand: A stainless steel stand with casters is available for installation of the machine. • Workers Required: One unskilled. • Air Consumption: The machine requires approx 50 liters/min. at 5.6 bar (1.5 cu.
