Connect the Serbian FCDB with “DIET ASSESS” tool • Data input from paper format questionnaires 2.1 • - Common data • - Pre Screening questions • - Anthropometric parameters • - Food consumption habits • - Supplement intake • Consumed food items 2.2 • - Food items (meal type, place, cooking method, portion size, consumed amount) • - Recipes (select from the list – previously defined in FCDB software) 3.
