  1. How the Office of General Counsel (OGC) Serves as a Resource to EHS Policy development and revision General guidance regarding response to inquiriesor visits by government agencies and appeal/abatement/payment of fines. Support for the resolution of potential or identified areas of non-compliance. Dispute resolution – service providers, employment-related matters Supervisor training – policies regarding harassment and discrimination and Title IX.

  2. OGC as Resource to EHS • Support post-accident – documentation required, preservation of evidence, charge to investigate to protect atty.-client privilege – in preparation for litigation (Litigation hold memoranda.). • Claims resulting in lawsuits – litigation management, document requests/production, preparation of witnesses for deposition and trial. • Negotiation of contract terms for certain regulated services, consulting agreements and Brownfield credits.
