C.P.S. is one of the technologies we support that can make a real difference in your face-to-face teaching.
The Classroom Performance System allows you to: • construct, organize, and deliver your own interactive set of questions for review or testing • integrate questions into your existing PowerPoint presentations • integrate impromptu questions into your classroom teaching, and • generate performance reports.
In this session: Unlike in other workshops you’ve attended this week, we’ll be asking the questions, and you’ll be answering them….with C.P.S. We’ll also build a CPS question set together.
In this session: • We will demonstrate the most popular ways to use CPS: • Verbal/impromptu questions • Pre-defined lessons • As an assessment tool • Integrated with PowerPoint
Question: How interested are you in the current state of Canadian federal politics?
Question: Are you finding the May/June professional development period useful?
Question: What famous cityis pictured here?
Question: True or False: At Mohawk, most employees use the inter-campus air shuttle to get to work.
Useability is a real strength of the system. • easy to start using it • powerful and feature-rich for more advanced use.
The CPS hardware and software work together to create and deliver course questions, and the software reports student performance results. Hardware and Software
