BusinessDictionary.com defines globalization as: • The worldwide movement toward economic, financial, trade, and communicationsintegration. • Globalization implies the opening of local and nationalistic perspectives to a broader outlook of an interconnected and interdependent world with freetransfer of capital, goods, and services across national frontiers.
