Undergraduate College Visit • 57% visited NJIT and other colleges • 29% only visited NJIT • 38% rated their visit to NJIT better/much better compared to other colleges that they visited. • Campus Visit/Information Session and Attendance at the Open House were the top two factors that influenced students to apply and attend NJIT. • College Visit (45%) along with Relatives, friends and acquaintances (60%) and Internet (53%) were the top three ways how students learned about NJIT.
Undergraduate Parents • 56% of parents graduated from college • Parents (38%) were main influence in the students decision to apply • Parents (50%) were, overwhelmingly, the top influence in the students to attend NJIT.
