Thevolunteerstudentsandtheteachersconvene a meeting ,theyvoteforthe General Manager ,afterthat ,thechosen General Managerwilldecide on the rest of thestudentswhoappointedfortheothermanagementdepartments, sotheywillprepare an organizationalchart .Studentswhowanttoworkforthemanagementdepartmentsgivetheirresumes in ordertoapplyforthevacancies .Thedepartmentswill be introducedtothestudentsandwill be informedaboutthetasks of thedepartments .Thecooperationbylawsareprepared .
