1. Graduate Admission Decision Creation & Change Click on the Notes tab for captions!

2. Type in SAADCRV in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

3. Admissions Decision form 3. Click Next Block. 2. Select Term. 1. Type in ID number or perform person search.

4. Admissions Decision form Click to Prior College and Degree Review tab.

5. Admissions Decision form 2. Click to Test Score Review tab. 1. Check to see if appropriate transcripts have been received.

6. Admissions Decision form 2. Click to Decision Processing tab. 1. Check to see if appropriate test scores have been received.

7. Admissions Decision form 2. Click Decision Code drop down arrow. 1. Move cursor to the first available field under Decision Code.

8. Admission Application Decision Code Validation 1. Highlight appropriate Decision Code. 2. Click OK.

9. Admissions Decision form 1. Hit Save. 2. Exit form. Decision code and description populated.

10. Decision Change 3. Hit Save. 4. Exit form. To change Decision Code: 1. Move cursor to the next available field. 2. Repeat same steps explained earlier.

11. Graduate Admission Decision Review

12. Type in SAADCRV in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

14. Admissions Decision form 2. Click to Prior College and Degree Review tab. • 1. Review: • Entry Term • Admission Type • Student Type • Status • Residency • Decision

15. Admissions Decision form 2. Click to Test Score Review tab. • 1. Review: • If transcripts have been received • If Official Transcript box is checked

16. Admissions Decision form 2. Exit form. 1. Review if appropriate test scores have been received.
