Boss Sets the Culture of the Company • How do you develop trust among your employees? • How do you establish a relationship? • Different cultures different methods • Your workers want to know who you are • They want to know what makes you tick • Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde does not work • Are you approachable? • Your workers want to trust you
You need to be who you are! • For that to work they need to know who you are • They need to see you as human • What are your ethics, your motivators?
