  17. i-File • i-File is included as part of the i-Pools’ license renewal as well. • Prints 1098’s, 1099INT’s, 1099A’s and 1099C’s on the IRS and substitute forms. • Does the Electronic Filing to IRS. • Goldenomega.net is an approved IRS vendor and we submit test files to IRS prior to releasing the i-File program to customers on an annual basis.

Excel spreadsheet with AIA codes included for submission to contractor and importing into i-Pools.

Software Modules for the Construction Industry • Lien Writer for contractors, subs, building material suppliers is designed for the preparation, printing and tracking of preliminary notices, releases and mechanic’s liens for all 50 US states and Canada. • Lien Writer available for Single State, Tri-State and Multi State versions for LAN or Terminal Server versions. • Lien Writer PRO, same as Lien Writer but includes billing designed for Lien Service Providers.
