  2. INTRODUCTION A one-person company registration online is known as a company that comprises only a single person as a member as per Section 2(62) of the Companies Act. The individual promoter has entire authority over the firm. It implies that under OPC, only one individual is a shareholder and a director of the firm, though the nominee director will not be given any authority until the real director fails to get into a contract.
