Generate unique certificates per user to authenticate Exchange email access (versus traditional passwords).

Mobile content management includes integration with the corporate SharePoint infrastructure to locate and assign content to the AbsoluteSafe repository. Asset Inventory Gather hardware and software data points for analysis. Display data such as device serial numbers, MAC addresses, installed apps, telephone numbers, etc. with custom views, searches, and reports. Integrate data into third party applications. BYOD Use the automated employee enrolment process to onboard employees and their personally owned devices. Memorialize employee opt-in and direct a copy to Human Resources. Assign BYOD-specific policies to ensure these devices can only access corporate networks and data if they are compliant.

5. AbsoluteSafe - Mobile Content Management AbsoluteSafe enables IT administrators to securely distribute sensitive or confidential files to iOS and Android devices without using email. IT administrators can restrict the files from being emailed, printed, or moved outside of AbsoluteSafe and files can be password protected so that users must enter a password before they can access the files. With a convenient Web user interface, AbsoluteSafe supports the designation of non-IT personnel to perform content coordination – removing the burden of this work from IT administrators.

AbsoluteSafe - Mobile Content Management SharePoint Integration AbsoluteSafe integrates with SharePoint so that administrative support workers can select corporate content directly from SharePoint as well as from the AbsoluteSafe repository. Access to this capability can be provisioned using the configuration profiles and policies available with Absolute Manage. Full access to SharePoint is supported based on Active Directory credentials and the same AbsoluteSafe policy-based restrictions can also be implemented.

Provide users with a list of recommended apps for easy selection. Optional configuration profiles can also be listed for on-demand installation. Track devices and perform select administrative and security functions from an iPad. Securely distribute files without email. Designate access to media and files by policy and/or schedule (including time-limited access). Delete files from a device at your discretion and control sharing options (print, email, etc.).
