Cot1- DNA dependent Dyn.Std.Ref.Int. variations. Shown Dynamic Stdandard Reference Interval Sets: 1) Cases having better Cot1-DNA suppression of test-DNA than of reference-DNA give: Low ratios for 11q13, 16p, 17, 19, 22 and peri-centromeric regions of 1q, 2p, 7, 9, 10p, 13q, 14q, 15q & 18p

Cot1- DNA dependent Dyn.Std.Ref.Int. variations Shown Dynamic Stdandard Reference Interval Sets: 1) Cases having better Cot1-DNA suppression of test-DNA than of reference-DNA give:Low ratios for 11q13, 16p, 17, 19, 22 and peri-centromeric regions of 1q, 2p, 7, 9, 10p, 13q, 14q, 15q & 18p Worst are 19, 17 and 16p 2) Our current routine set of Dynamic Standard Reference Intervals: I.e. cases having too bad Cot1-DNA suppression or showing clear imbalance of these do not contribute. 3) Cases having worse Cot1-DNA suppression of test-DNA than of refeference-DNA give: High ratios for 11q13, 16p, 17, 19, 22 and peri-centromeric regions of 1q, 2p, 7, 9, 10p, 13q, 14q, 15q & 18p Worst are 19, 17 and 16p Note 1: The automatic Cot1-DNA correction cannot correct for the above special low or high ratios. Note 2: All sets are scaled automatically to fit a random case that looks like the routine set of Std.Ref.Int. Use arrow right to see next slide or arrow left to see the previous.
