  2. INTRODUCTION Meet the Turners, They live in New York. They have just got married and they want to spend their weekend in Cartagena… Will you help them to have the most unforgettable vacation of their lives?

  3. INTRODUCTION (II) Jason Turner: He’s very outgoing, He loves going to clubs to dance, He also enjoys a lot water sports. He likes to stay in good hotels Jessica Turner: She likes watching the sea, and relaxing on the beach. She holds a bachelor in History, so She enjoys knowing places and their history.

  4. TASK After researching the possibilities of a tourist in Cartagena, you should plan the weekend for the Turners (Friday to Sunday). You will need to investigate about hotels, transportation, amusement places and sports. You’ll have 2.000 $ to do that. How will they travel to Cartagena? Where will they stay? What clothes should they include in the bags? How much will the trip will cost in dollars? What is the daily schedule for them?

  5. PROCESS • Select a team of work of 4 people maximum. • Start by listing all possible activities you have planned for them. Use a WORD document to design a plan. Remember that they’ll be in Cartagena just for a weekend , do not want to waste time traveling from one place to another. Looking for accommodation and means of transport to move. Remember the budget. • Review the information on hotels, schedules, and other important things you have to have on mind. • Try to give the Turners good services at the lowest possible price. • Give them several options so they can choose

PROCESS (II) • Save the information you find in a WORD document. • Create a WORD document that includes the options you have chosen to satisfy at best the requirements of the couple, as well as the specific price for everything, so you can choose the global price to see if you spent the money you were given. • Make a PowerPoint presentation... You can use charts, pictures or other graphics as well as factual information you have gathered. Your group will present it to the class. • DUE DATE FO WORD DOCUMENT REPORT: November 24.
