  2. Non-verbal Communication • “It is the process of communication through sending and receiving wordless messages” • It can be communicated by touch, body language, eye contact, clothing, hairstyles, symbols etc. • People difference in their ability to send and receive non-verbal communication.

  3. Non-verbal Communication • Women are better at non-verbal communication that men. • Verbal communication is organized by language. Non-verbal communication is not.

  5. Why is non-verbal communication important? • “Actions speak louder than words” • Non-verbal communication is significant in intercultural situations • It’s playing a role in face-to-face situations
