Spirit of Ireland • Split into 5 groups • Each groups will represent one of the following stakeholders; Government, Spirit of Ireland, Local Community, Environmental NGO, IBEC • After 10 minutes each groups splits in two and joins up with a different group • After 10 minutes the groups split again and join a group of a different opinion. In this group you must decide on what should happen. All stakeholders should be included in this group • Each of these final groups must make a 2 minute presentation on how to proceed.
