Baptism of Fire 2:2-3 2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.
Wind –the Power of the Spirit Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. Exodus 14:21 I looked, and I saw a windstorm coming out of the north - an immense cloud with flashing lightning and surrounded by brilliant light. Ezekiel 1:4
Fire – the Purity of the Spirit There the angel of the LORD appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Exodus 3:2 The LORD Almighty will come with thunder and earthquake and great noise, with windstorm and tempest and flames of a devouring fire. Isaiah 29:6
Tongues –the Voice of the Spirit When the Counsellor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, He will testify about me. And you also must testify, for you have been with Me from the beginning. John 15:26-27
Filled Up v4 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 41 Those who accepted his message were baptised, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
