  8. Harassment – sending rude, insulting, offensive, or “mean” messages repeatedly Example – through AIM or text messages

  9. Denigration - "dissing" someone online. Example – Sending or posting gossip

  10. Impersonation – pretending to be another person Example – sending messages on Facebook or MySpace

  11. Outing – sharing secrets or personal information Example – “Sally picks her nose every day!”

  12. Exclusion – leaving someone out Example – keeping someone out of a “buddy list”

  13. Cyberstalking – threatening someone online Example – “I am going to hurt you!”
