List of Qualified Vendors • FVAP and the DoD Business Transformation Agency (BTA) have competitively selected qualified vendors • Aquilent • Credence Management Solutions • Everyone Counts • Scytl • Konnech • Vexcel • States will submit their requirements to FVAP/BTA • Each State’s requirements will be individually competed amongst the qualified vendors

Checklist for States • States must submit technical requirements by May 7th, 2010 • Late submissions will be considered on an as available basis • Requirements checklist in State Requirements Workbook • FVAP available to answer questions • Requirements will be converted into “Request for Bids” • Vendors in Blanket Purchase Orders will submit bids • BTA/FVAP will hold source selection for “best value” • States will be invited to participate as expert advisors (at FVAP expense) • Work will commence upon contract award • Vendors will work directly with the States • FVAP will monitor
