Introduce BLE beacons for aiding persons with disabilities to navigate campus efficiently via smartphones at a low cost, low power solution. Design objectives include compatibility with iBeacon, tamper resistance, and small size for easy placement. Three conceptual designs ranked favorably, with a budget plan in place.
