SCCA-TONGJI-RICS学习中心RICS衔接途径3入会流程图 （2009年6月版） 建议学历进修 未通过 填写《A3标准简历模板》 递交学习中心 资格预审 英文或中英文对照 填写注册申请表 并交纳注册费用 通过所有模块考核 并 取得结业证书 提交最终评核资料 登记 通过 最迟提交时间:培训课程结束前提交至学习中心 （未通过的模块须重修） 参加面试前培训及 培训费用交纳 培训时间:双休日为主 最迟缴费时间:通过预审之日起壹周内 培训费用:视所报专业另定 通过 交纳会费 成为RICS会员 (MRICS) 邮寄候选人 评核通过通知 最终面试评核 最终评核之日起贰拾壹个工作日内 由 RICS上海办事处寄出 候选人收到入会信函后叁个月内 入会费:参见RICS具体通知,约为126英镑 RICS上海办事处发出 入会信函 邮寄候选人 评核未通过通知 未通过 不接受 接受 RICS 参加下一次最终面试评核 保留会籍（Trainee） Trainee申诉费用不返回 壹肆拾日内提出申诉 申诉费用50英镑 重新进行最终评核 返回申诉费用 学习中心 成功 候选人 申诉成功之日起肆周内 失败
