Creating a New “Shortcut ”. Shortcut to the Work Order Screen. Get to the Work Order Screen in less Time. 1 st - right click on any open space on your desktop screen (where you see all your icons). 2 nd - select “New”, then “Shortcut”, a box like on the right will appear.

  1. Creating a New “Shortcut” Shortcut to the Work Order Screen

  2. Get to the Work Order Screen in less Time • 1st- right click on any open space on your desktop screen (where you see all your icons). • 2nd- select “New”, then “Shortcut”, a box like on the right will appear

  3. 3rd- in the white rectangular area type, http://maintenance.bisd.us/ • 4th- click Next, then give your shortcut a name, “Work Orders” or anything else you like. • 5th- click Finish and you’re done!
