  4. The Summary WINNING WILL MAKE YOU FAMOUS LOSING MEANS CERTAIN DEATH In a dark vision of the near future , twelve boys and girls are forced to appear in a live TV show called the Hunger Games . When sixteen – year – old KatnissEverdeen steps forward to take her sister’s place in the games , she sees it as a death sentence . But Katniss has been close to death before . For her , survival is second nature .

  5. My Favourite Character • My favourite character has to be Haymitch Abernathy . • Haymitch is my favourite character because even though he is very messed after winning the games a few years back, he gives the best advice and support to the tributes .

  7. Recommendation • I would recommend this book to people who like fantasy with a bit of gore in it . • Age group 12 +
