  2. The Objective of the Game • Players pass the Frisbee to their teammates in order to score in the opposing end zone. • One team has to reach a certain score to win the game.

Rules for Playing Ultimate Frisbee • Two teams with seven players each take the field. • Substitutions are made in between the points. • At the beginning of the game, both teams stand in opposite end zones, and one team pulls the disc to the other to initiate play. • The disc must be 175g. • The players can move the disc only by throwing. • With discs in their hands, the players cannot move. • An incomplete pass or interception creates a change of possession between teams. • A turnover also results if the passer doesn’t throw the disc within 10 seconds. • The passer can throw the disc with a full range of motion, but one pivot foot must be maintained on the ground.
