Key Challenges • Require too many documents • The process and standards are too complicate • It is new to many NGOs • Limited of human resources (when # of applicants grow) • How to gain government recognition • The question of Sustainability of the project itself • Lack of funds to comply with auditing required by the code

  6. Key Challenges • Funding support to build up the organization capacity to comply with the code • How to gain recognition from wider donors community • Trap of tool high standards
