  3. Poster 398 Genome-wide survey of cellulase related gene of white rot fungus, Pleurotus ostreatus Aim of work • Genes of Pleurotus ostreatus encoding endocellulases were searched based on the information regarding the cellulases of other organisms.

  4. Poster 398 Results • Amino acid sequence data of cellulase (mainly endoglucosidase) were obtained from the biological databases. • Consensus-degenerate hybrid oligonucleotide primers (CODEHOP) were designed . • PCR amplification and sequence analysis were conducted.
