OUR CONSTANT GOALS • Off the shelf for 90 percent of our orders • Binned and routed to production within 48 hours • Expedite orders binned and to production within 24 hours • Special order requirements addressed in 24 hours and ordered ASAP • Ensure that all orders are a high quality product and meet the required ship date.

  3. Work Order Travelers • The documents that get the ball rolling • Complete information is needed from sales reps and customers in order to produce a Work Order and get it into production process • Delay in information can cause a critical delay in the order being processed and shipped

  5. VENDORS, Machinist & FABRICATORS, SUPPLIERS • CONTINUOUS OVERVIEW OF TURNKEY AND MACHINING & FABRICATION SCHEUDLES • SUPPLIER RESEARCH, QUALITY, PRICING, DELIVERY • FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING AND MAINTAINING A BALANCED INVENTORY THAT CAN MEET SALES REQUIREMENTS

Weekly & Daily Overview • Work orders are received by Production for primary review of any special gas or calibration requirements and Production Manager sign off. • Work orders are then routed to Operations and Purchasing • Work order model numbers and quantities verified • SPECIALS and EXPEDITES, special parts / component requirements addressed • Work order binning process takes place where all components and parts associated with each specific work order and meter are pulled together for production process • Upon binning completion work orders are routed to their first phase in production

  8. PRODUCTION PROCESS • The binned orders are routed to temperature calibration. • From that process they are moved to pre-assembly where they are prepared for flow calibration. • Once flow calibration is completed they are routed to final assembly and programming. • When that phase is completed and verified the meters are routed to QA for final check. • When QA has completed this process the meters are released to shipping with their required documents and if included all associated hardware.

  11. THE FINAL TOUCH:SHIPPING • Final contents check list verification • Proper container and packing material selected • Check work order data base for shipping address and method • Ready for carrier pick up
